   Last week the Dubs came to visit us. On Monday the Brendan Martin Cup arrived bright and early with some of the ladies on the All-Ireland winning team. Then on Friday the Sam Maguire Cup came in with the some of the men on the All-Ireland winning team. Up The Dubs 🏐  

In November we looked at people who help us. The fire brigade, gardaí and the doctors were three main people we named. We explored building and constructing our own hospitals, fire engines, Garda stations and much more. We designed uniforms for the emergency services, and created hat's to use in our drama area. We told played as the emergency service men and women by dressing up and creating scenarios with our groups.

In November we looked at the number 6. It's such a great number as some of us are 6 and some of us are turning 6!! Here are some games we like to play to help us learn what numbers add up to six, counting up to six, sort objects into groups of six and write the number six! 

As the Autumn leaves had fallen all around the yard we were so creative and used them to make homes for the animals who hibernate.
